Reva
Terms of use
By accessing or using Reva you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Welcome to Reva (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and to our privacy notice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Reva, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information, and use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Reva.
2. Nature of the service
Reva provides tools to estimate what a home is likely worth from public transaction records, to work out what a purchase or a sale would take on the figures you give it, and to report how comparable homes actually did. It presents information about your position.
- Reva gives general information only, free of charge. It is not advice, and using it creates no adviser, agent or other professional relationship between you and us.
- No guarantee is given as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any estimate, figure or verdict. A result is not a valuation.
- Valuations, loan approvals, eligibility and duties are determined solely by the banks and authorities concerned.
- Reva covers HDB flats, executive condominiums and private apartments and condominiums. It does not cover landed property, commercial property or rental investment. Where the records are too thin to support a figure, Reva says so rather than guessing, and a section it cannot produce is stated as missing.
3. Your obligations
You agree to provide only data that you are authorised to share. Do not enter sensitive credentials such as bank login details, full card numbers or passwords; Reva never asks for them. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the platform.
4. Data collection and use
By using Reva, you acknowledge that we collect partial identifiers and housing data — the figures you enter about your household and about the property you own or are considering. We process data to generate anonymised datasets that may be used, shared, licensed or sold to third parties. These datasets will not identify you personally.
5. Information only, and limitation of liability
Information only. Everything Reva shows — every estimate, figure, verdict and listing — is general information, produced automatically from public records and from the figures you enter. A verdict says how a purchase holds up on the figures you gave and the records; it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or keep any property.
No financial advice. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice. A bank, lawyer, agent or adviser you engage is responsible for their own assessment and advice.
The decision is yours. Use Reva as one input. Before you commit, check the figures that matter with the bank, the authorities and the professionals you engage. You alone are responsible for your decisions and for what follows from them.
No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reva and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including financial loss, lost profit, a lost purchase or sale, and any duty, penalty or interest you pay — that arises from your use of Reva, from any result it shows, or from any decision you make with it.
No claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring any claim or proceedings against Reva, its owners, staff or partners arising from your use of the service or its results, and you release them from all such claims. Where the law does not allow our liability to be excluded, it is limited to S$100 in total.
Listings and other sources. Homes for sale are shown as the listing portals state them, and public records as their publishers state them. We do not check them and are not responsible for them.
No warranties. The platform is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties. Our methods are checked against what homes later sold for, but no result is a promise about any price, approval or outcome.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
