Reva
Privacy notice
What Reva collects, why, and what happens to it.
Reva (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”) and relevant regulatory expectations, including guidelines issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).
Updated 10 October 2026.
1. Personal data we collect
“Personal data” refers to data that can identify you, either directly or indirectly.
- Household figures: your income, your CPF withdrawals, what you owe and what you hold, and the property you own or are considering — only what an analysis uses.
- No account, no identity: Reva has no sign-in and never asks for your name, email address or contact details. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number and what you send (clause 4).
- We do not collect: bank login credentials, card numbers, CVV codes or passwords.
2. Purpose of collection
- Providing and operating the analysis you asked for.
- Measuring how Reva is used, so that we can improve it (clauses 5 and 6).
- Ensuring security, abuse detection and system integrity.
Your figures are not used for marketing. They are never sent to an advertiser or to Google Analytics.
3. What we keep
In your browser: what you enter and what you receive stay in the open tab. Reva writes none of it to your device. When you close the tab, it is gone, unless you exported or shared it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (clause 5).
On our server: our analysis engine uses your figures only to produce your analysis, and keeps no copy of them once it has answered.
4. When you share a decision or message us
- When you share a decision, your answers are encrypted into the link itself, with our key. We keep no copy of the link. Anyone who has the link can open the decision for 30 days. Opening it runs the analysis again from the link.
- A shared decision includes your cash, CPF and borrowing, unless you untick “Include my cash, CPF and borrowing” before you share it.
- “Continue on WhatsApp” sends us a link that always includes them, so that our team can review your whole decision. WhatsApp carries the message under its own privacy policy, and we see your phone number. We use what you send to reply to you, and we pass your details to an agent only if you agree.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how Reva is used. It receives the pages you open (the address of a shared link is cut to “/s”, so your answers never reach it) and these events: a visit, a check started, a decision completed, a decision shared, a shared link opened, help requested, and a WhatsApp button pressed.
An event can carry a random ID for your tab, your analysis and your share; the ID of the project you are checking; the kind of decision; the button you used; where your check began; and, if you came through a link from a property agent, that agent’s code (such as “A01”). It never carries your figures, your name or your phone number.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart, and Google receives what any website visit sends, such as your IP address and your browser type. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser’s settings, or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
6. Anonymous records
Separately, Reva records anonymous counts of its own — that an analysis started, finished or was exported, and how long it took. Our engine also records the choices made in Discover (the kind of buyer, the bedrooms, the areas and the must-haves, and whether a price limit applied, never the price) and which projects’ fit scores were read. These records carry no figure of yours and nothing that links one record to another or to you, and cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual.
7. Commercialisation of non-personal data
We may share, license or sell anonymised and aggregated data to third parties for market insights and benchmarking. This data does not identify you personally.
8. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only to service providers that run Reva for us (such as Google, for analytics) under PDPA-compliant contracts, to an agent when you agree to it, or where the law or a regulator requires it.
9. Data protection and security
Consistent with the MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, your figures travel over an encrypted connection, a shared link carries your answers encrypted, and access to our systems is controlled and monitored. The strongest protection is the design itself: our engine keeps no copy of your figures.
